Kesslers worked in sync with the Sainsbury’s design, operational efficiency and D&T teams to ensure that decisions were made rapidly and put into action. The internal teams worked seamlessly to get everything ready in time, turning around samples and additional requests really quickly.
Just 24 days after the initial brief and tender process, the trial equipment for the Weedon Road SmartShop was ready for approval at Kesslers by the dedicated Sainsbury’s team. After a really positive session, the units were packed and for install on Sunday, ready for staff training on Monday morning. The install was a success and feedback from colleagues and customers alike has been really positive. Kesslers look forward to working on the next exciting collaboration with Sainsbury’s.
