Challenge: Kesslers were asked to support the GHD team in designing and developing the first ever UK

pop-up salon for GHD to be installed into Europe’s largest shopping mall in Westfield London.

Strategy: The creative team created a fantastic pop-up environment, with strong brand visibility resulting in an immersive customer experience. The design used 3D illumination and high impact promo showcases to meet the brief. An eye-catching, dynamic feature wall was included for engaging digital content to articulate the brand campaign stories. Every detail was considered and engineered to achieve the perfect customer interaction, with all aspects engaging in touch and feel. The site was picture-perfect and enabled brand products to be integrated alongside impact visuals and product information. Everything was custom-built with precise, high-quality materials and hand-finished by our craftspeople to an exacting specification.
