Injection molding - Our production machines range from 30 tonnes to 750 tonne locking pressure

Profile extrusion - Our presses can produce a hugely impressive range of shapes

Diamond Polishing - Our new machine allows us to achieve perfect finishes and edge detailing

Vacuum forming - Allows us to create extremely complex shapes

Metalworking - Extremely powerful DNC presses punch, bend and form

Laser cutting - Can precision cut acrylic up to 25mm thick

Woodworking - Can run at double speed, for faster delivery with no loss of quality

Vinyl cutting and application - Using large format cutting units we can cut any shape. We can then apply it to any material

Digital Print - Small and large format full colour high quality decals and imagery for impact

Silk screening and decorating - Allow our products to be finished in a variety of ways and colours

Powder Coating - Allows metal component to have a tough coating to match any colour

Electrics - We can incorporate any required electrics to our displays

Assembling - Our huge assembly hall allows us to accommodate many projects simultaneously

Warehousing - We store around 50,000 components and raw materials, instantly available for use

Full logistics back-up - Our capabilities include; production planning, storage, stock control, dispatch scheduling, delivery, installation and in-store merchandising, plus spare parts, aftercare and servicing
